Weekly Notes
Week T-201 continues Phase I: Foundation and Endurance Base.
The daily step goal increases to an average of 14,000 steps per day, with a weekly step goal of 98,000 steps.
The sustained walk goal increases to 6.5 miles. Pack weight remains at none, and the focus stays on consistency, recovery, foot care, heat management, and repeatable sustained walking.
This week moves the training closer to the end of the T-200s. The numbers are getting bigger, but the rule stays the same.
Do not carry the whole week at once.
Take the next step.
Then the next.
Then the next.
Saturday remains the planned long-walk day, while Sunday remains protected for Sabbath, rest, worship, recovery, and reset.
The goal is not just to build stronger legs.
The goal is to build a stronger rhythm.
Forward still counts.
One step at a time.
