Walk With Me

You don’t have to hike the Appalachian Trail to walk with me.

This website isn’t really about a trail. It’s about refusing to stay where you are.

Maybe you’re recovering from an injury.

Maybe you’re grieving the loss of someone you love.

Maybe you’ve lost a job, ended a relationship, received a difficult diagnosis, or simply decided it’s time to become healthier.

Whatever mountain you’re facing, I’d love for you to walk with me.

We don’t have to be walking the same road.

We just have to be moving forward.

How It Works

Choose a daily step goal that challenges you.

It doesn’t matter if it’s 3,000 steps or 15,000 steps. The goal isn’t to compete with anyone else.

The goal is simply to keep moving.

Each week, send me your average daily steps, and I’ll add your name to the Walk With Me Tracker.

No rankings.

No winners.

No losers.

Just ordinary people choosing to move forward together.
