Notes

Week T-212 continues Phase I of the Appalachian Trail 2030 training plan.

The goal increases to an average of 8,500 steps per day.

Daily steps remain the main measurement for this phase, but sustained walks will also be tracked when they occur. This helps separate general movement from intentional training.

The purpose is still consistency. No pack weight, elevation goal, or speed goal is required yet.
